process we use Digital ICE™ technology that can removes surface
defects, such as dust and scratches, from the scanned image. Digital ICE™
differentiates itself from software-only solutions because it does not
soften, blur or otherwise alter any underlying details or composition of
the original image. The Digital ICE™ technology works from within the
scanner, during the scanning process, to provide users with a clear,
authentic base image that improves the original image. Using Digital
ROC we can, most of the time, automatically restores original color

Recommend that the computer have at least a 2.3 Ghz processor, 2GB memory as a minimum and LOTS of room on your hard drive(s). A good video DVD authoring program, (I use Avid Pro and Adobe Premiere). Both these programs give you the capability to do custom titles and menus. In production of a Slideshow DVD, we use ProShow Gold. This is an excellent DVD authoring program that is devoted to the production of slideshows. Its not to uncommon to spend a lot of time doing the Titles, Menus and Chapters, and then it takes 6 to 12 hours to do the final rendering before the DVD can be produced. Can I play my scanned slides/images on my DVD Player? Your DVD will be produced on the DVD-R format. If you ordered only the scan to DVD disk, the content of the disk will be in JPG format. Some DVD players will play JPGs, some will not play JPGs. There are no standards on DVD Players governing the JPG play . You can always view/print the images on your computer. If you ordered the Slideshow DVD, you should be able to play the disk on your DVD player and the DVD-R format disk is the most widely accepted format. However you will not be able to view or print the JPG images that are on the slideshow DVD as this DVD was produced in the DVD Movie Format. How long will it take to get my photos back? It will depend on the quantity of photos that you have processed. Normal turnaround time on the film/video tape production should be about 2 weeks. Every effort will be made to timely process your order. We currently have 3 desktops that can be used for processing. If you need them sooner, talk to us, maybe we can workout some partial delivery. Can I copy the products that you produce for me? Yes you can, the produced products belong to you.
